TOWN OF MILLSTON BOARD MEETING MINUTES
9-15-2021
The Town of Millston Board members met on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at the Community Center. Meeting called to order by Dan at 6:38pm. Board Members present: Dan Smrekar, Chairman, Dawn Wojtyla, Clerk, George Riedel, Supervisor 1, Mike Yahn, Supervisor, and Susan Marcou, Treasurer.
Minutes from 8-11-2021 were reviewed, Motion to approve previous minutes made by George, seconded by Mike. Motion carried.

QUESTIONS/ANSWERS
Darren Nyrose from Delmore Consulting introduced himself and spoke with the board.

CLERKS REPORT
Check numbers 17364 thru 17393 with 2 EFT for a total of $20,672.47.
Motion by George to accept the clerks reports as presented, seconded by Mike. Motion carried.

OPERATOR/LIQUOR LICENSES

TREASURERS REPORT
Sue reported checking account balance as of 8-30-21 is $305,320.22.
Motion by George, seconded by Mike for Sue to set up online banking with Security Financial Services which is our current bank. Motion carried.
Motion by George, seconded by Mike for Sue to open a Savings account at the Security Financial Bank and transfer from the Town of Millston checking account exactly $8530.49 into the savings account by order of these minutes. Motion carried. The funds that are being transferred to the savings account are the ARPA funds the town received in 2021.
CEILING UPDATE
Jim Rhodes is awaiting half the funds of the original quote for community center to be sent to him so that he can start.

DISCUSSION & BID TOWN HALL WINDOWS
2 written quotes received for new windows and door at old town hall. 1) Clear Choice $7178.00; 2) Window World $5981.32. - no further action at this time.

DAVES REPORT BY MIKE
Mike went over Dave's shop and equipment report.

Mail/Vouchers reviewed and signed. Motion to Adjourn made by George, seconded by Mike.
Meeting Adjourned 7:19 pm.
