DUMP AND PATROLING ISSUES
? Matt Wojtyla raised concerns with David Neubauer's job responsibilities not being carried out as they should be.
Glass and Debris consistently not cleaned up in front of dumpsters where cars park when unloading trash from
their vehicles, David is either standing around smoking cigarettes, talking or many times can not be located at
the dump area when he should be monitoring who does not belong dumping garbage in our town. Concerns
with pot holes not being filled and patrolling the town is not being done properly or timely on picking up trash,
etc. Mike will address these issues with David.
MISCELLANEOUS QUESTIONS
? David Epstein discussed the daycare opportunity for the Millston area. Geier Construction along with a
representative from the State viewed the Lutheran Church and found that this would be a perfect location. The
congregation was in agreement. The church applied for a $200,000.00 grant to bring the church up to code and
suitable for a daycare. The grant does not cover the cost of employing workers for the daycare. Further details
will be discussed in the coming months.
? Dam was mysteriously cleaned up but now debris is along the side of the ditch area that needs to be removed.
Mike will call the county to come and remove.
? Inquiry on when STH 12 by the RR tracks will be addressed and fixed as water gathers on the roadway which is
extremely dangerous for vehicles driving in that area.
? There is a dip in the pavement on woodland road behind the lake where it appears the land may be washing out
under the road. Mike will have Scotts Construction come and look at the situation
? Gerald Ramsey and Paula Epstein mentioned they will be walking around town soliciting donations to go
towards the 150th Millston Anniversary celebration July 3, 2022.
? Discussion was brought up on what will the Old Town Hall be used for now that the Town of Millston has put
$19,990.00 in a new roof, windows, door and siding. It was mentioned that the Millston Museum will be storing
non-temperature controlled items in there.

expenses of $3373.00 based on 2021 and annual event expenses of $8255.00. Annual event income from Chili
