ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING PERMIT POLICY
The Town of Millston requires an Administrative Building Permit ($10.00 fee) for any new structure over $5,000.00 in value (copy of land use permit required).
A State Uniform Dwelling (Building) Code (UDC) Permit is required for any new home or cabin constructed or placed on any parcel. Contact the Building Inspector, Adam Pillard for permit information.
Any Structure addition, remodel, deck etc. does not require a permit by the town.

The Town of Millston is not zoned at this time.
This Policy does Not Exempt the property owner from any County, State, DNR and/or Federal rules that may apply.
